Both organizations look to bring awareness and alleviate the poverty situation in Latin America.

Miami, Florida Jul 30, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - TECHO US and Beast Philanthropy have collaborated to benefit ten families living in an informal situation in the community of Bella Vista, in Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

The collaboration brings together TECHO's youth-led power, with 100 local volunteers contributing to constructing ten houses over 48 hours, and Beast Philanthropy's social media powerhouse known for their large-scale projects, led by Darren Margolias with over 9.8 million followers, Mr. Beast, and video sponsors.

"This project has the power to raise awareness of the dire social crisis Latin America faces, where one of every three people lives in poverty. Families cope with unfair conditions and a lack of proper shelter. Our goal is to reduce that inequality, by providing homes and community development programs" said Alejandra Rodriguez, the TECHO US Director of Corporate Partnerships.

The team of Beast Philanthropy built emergency homes with bathrooms for ten families living in vulnerable conditions, giving those families a chance to jumpstart their future. Beast Philanthropy also contributed with basic home furnishings for all ten families.

"Beast Philanthropy was privileged to partner with TECHO to build 10 shelter houses in Costa Rica for 10 families in need. Together with 100 TECHO volunteers, we were able to complete this monumental project in a single weekend. Working together with TECHO was a pleasure and we hope to find additional opportunities to collaborate again to help make the world a better place.," said Darren Margolias, Executive Director at Beast Philanthropy.
