Viewpoint: Boston can lead in procurement transparency, accountability

If the city’s public-sector numbers look bad when it comes to the proportion of city procurement dollars going to minority business enterprises, what’s going on in Boston’s private and large nonprofit sectors? Right now, we simply don’t know, but it’s time to change that.
