Viewpoint: Martha’s Vineyard can teach Boston about reducing emissions

The Vineyard Transportation Authority recently purchased four more electric buses, bringing the total to 16 — a full 50% of its fleet. But it’s their next investment that has me particularly excited and is what the city of Boston ought to be considering right now for its mass-transit system.
