As demand for preserving the health os small businesses is accelerating, The PMA Team was invited to present their solution at the Red Pill Expo in Lafayette, Louisiana on November 5th and 6th 2021. They will be presenting how virtually any entity can own and operate their own Private Membership Associations (PMA’s) and/or Faith Based Organizations (FBO’s) in order to take control of their destiny outside of government overreach.
During his most recent interview with Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Co-founder, Mike Colomb on October 20, 2021, covered the basic concept, structure and implementation of creating an FBO or PMA that allows for virtually any business or other entity to legally operate in the private realm.
The Co-Founder of The PMA Team, Mike Colomb states that… “The Constitutionally-protected legal structure of a PMA prohibit the ability of the government to intervene or interfere with contractual activities conducted on private property, including any type of exchanges of value between two consenting parties.” Mike further states: “…just like the State cannot tell you what you can and cannot do on your private property, the law states: “No State can pass any law that impairs the obligation of contract, as written in the US Constitution.”
The PMA Team has been meeting with executives from the medical industry and investors that are looking to create a separate medical system designed for private members where members will receive the best quality care by professionals that can operate autonomously from the influence of low-level ‘group think’ instituted by insurance companies and bureaucratic hospital administrators beholden to Big Pharma. These medical facilities will operate as Membership based Private Healthcare Associations (PHA).
Another in-demand type of entity that can be privatized via a membership structure include Private Educational Associations (PEA) for parents that desire to pull their children out of an increasingly socialist public school system. Because parents are tired of the low quality of learning combined with a push toward racist teachings being disguised as teaching “equity” and “inclusion,” they have disenrolled their children from public school systems across the USA in record numbers during 2020 through 2021
