An ongoing investigation into Border Patrol agents pictured on horseback turning away Haitian migrants – and who were the subject of false claims that they "whipped" migrants – is still ongoing, a month after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas promised the probe would take "days, not weeks."
