In Change Makers, Rebecca Schroeder, a shamanic energy healer, revealed that she was the victim of sexual abuse from family members throughout her childhood - a cycle of abuse that continued for years until the start of her adult life.
“I know my story was as raw and real as you could hear at times,” she says.
“However, this is my truth. It was also my freedom to turn the tables on the harsh realities that life can bring,” she added.
Schroeder revealed that the pain and trauma she buried for so long took its toll on her body, resulting in a series of major surgeries that forced her to close her business as a massage therapist. Years later, after meeting with a quantum shaman healer, she realized that she was gifted with the ability to become a healer herself.
Discovering that she could manipulate energy with her hands to release blockages and pain has opened up a new life and, along with it, a new business. Schroeder now helps clients from around the world with her unique healing gifts.
