Amy Derrick is a Champion Mom and the proud founder of an inspiring new American restaurant called Champions Concessions Treats & Eats. This Texas based restaurant is unique in many ways and it proudly offers employment to the disabled people. To introduce this restaurant project to the world, Amy has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and she is welcoming generous support and backing.
“My daughter was born with a rare genetic condition, which inspired me to start this restaurant that will employ people with disabilities, and we are welcoming everyone to generously support this new food startup by pledging to our Kickstarter campaign.” Said Amy Derrick, while introducing this project to the Kickstarter community. According to Amy, a portion of every sale goes to help non-profit organizations in Cedar Hill, Texas because it is a ‘Pay it Forward’ company.

Champions Concessions Treats & Eats is an emerging Texas based food startup founded by a Champion Mom Amy Derrick and inspired by her special daughter.
