“I am a very visual person, I love to create and to do things differently. My mind is always on a constant creative mode, it never stops,” explains the Venezuelan creative director, who embodies the passion for what she does in each of her projects.

She graduated as a graphic designer in Caracas, a career that allowed her to travel to the UK and Australia. Then, she moved to Madrid (Spain), where she completed a Master’s Degree in Art Direction. From then on, she managed to work with the most important agencies in other countries, such as Ogilvy (New York, USA) and Famous (India).

Hellen Stefany has always felt the impact when adding color to people’s lives, influencing their mood. She noticed how a small color adjustment can make fundamental changes in certain aspects of people’s lives.

“I think the best way to express our emotions is through colors. This is why my work is always so colorful and vibrant, causing a big impact and catching the attention of others,” she says.

Upon arriving in Miami, her career was catapulted after becoming the creative director of the Gelatys brand, an Italian gelato company where she worked in art direction, design, marketing and social media.

There she created tempting and delicious-looking content for social media, and thus, the idea to start @maniaticbites was born, this is her account on Instagram and TikTok where she shares videos of the best foods from different locations. She chooses the most famous food, as well as the most traditional ones and some hidden gems, so that people know where to go when they look for a place to eat and have a good time.

“Many ask me why I chose the name of maniaticbites, and that is because from a very young age I have always been very picky with food. However, nowadays, I am more open to trying new things and I can eat many things that I used to dislike,” she explains.

Thanks to her successful career as an influencer and art director, she has won some awards and has worked with renowned international brands such as Dunkin Donuts, Hard Rock Café, Cheetos, Estrella Damm, High Keys. She was also a jury for two consecutive years in the largest dessert festival in America, the “Dessert Wars”.

On her first eBook, “Easy Guide to Take Your Smartphone Videos to the Next Level”, she adds: “It is amazing how technology and smartphones have evolved.
