UAlbany gets $1M grant to enhance faculty diversity in STEM fields

“Our undergraduate population is highly diverse, but our faculty doesn't quite match that diversity," said Christine Wagner, a psychology professor and one of the leaders of the effort. "One of the goals of this grant would be to, indirectly, increase the role models that are available to female students and students of color."
