Full Steam Ahead: Bronya Climate Shield provides 24% – 42% energy efficiency in Mil-Spec Tests

By: OTC

Toronto, May 5, 2021 — OTC PR WIRE — Eco Depot, Inc. (OTC Pink: ECDP), a Nevada company, has engaged National Technical System (NTS) Sci-Lab Material Testing in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, to conduct Military-Specification (Mil-Spec) Testing to establish third party energy efficiency qualifications for Bronya Climate Shield Paint Coating.

NTS Sci-Lab is a globally recognized ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory used by Government Agencies and Fortune 500 Companies.

Bronya Canada Group has conducted research and developed a new easy flow consumer-friendly Multi-Purpose Thermal Paint.  It provides increased coverage of 400 Square Feet at a thickness of 1 mm with thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/mk.

The NTS Sci-Lab Material Testing report demonstrates Bronya Climate Shield’s industrial durability and ability to quickly achieve increased energy efficiency on the steam pipes most commonly used in Industrial and Commercial applications.

This means customers operating steam-based industrial and commercial facilities experience significantly minimized safety risk.”

Note that Bronya Climate Shield can be applied with no disruption to a customer’s operations.

The following NTS test results indicate the effectiveness of 1mm of Bronya Climate Shield in one of many applications to increase energy efficiency in multiple consumer markets.

Summary of Methodology:

Tests were conducted on three mild steel 1” inch diameter pipes, most commonly used for steam pipes, to demonstrate Bronya Climate Shield’s efficacy at different temperatures.  All samples were individually exposed to 25 °C or 77 °F external chamber temperature while internal temperatures ramped to 50 °C or 122 °F, 100 °C or 212 °F, 150 °C or 302 °F and 200 °C or 392 °F.  All calculations taken on each sample for BTU, Joules, Averages, Difference & Difference (%) are based on Celsius rounded values.

Summary of Results & Conclusions:

  • Insulated pipes showed a noticeable difference between the internal temperature of the pipes and the measured external temperatures.
  • The internal and external difference was greater for all measurements taken on the insulated pipe samples when directly compared to an uninsulated pipe.

There was no noticeable difference in the appearance of the coating after all Temperature Testing.  Refer to Tables 1 to 8 of the report for detailed temperature difference results, which averaged between 24.38 % and 42.98% of energy savings
