Cuomo says rapid testing key to reopening performance venues and arenas

"You invite me to a wedding now and say there’s going to be 150 people, I'm not going because I'm nervous," Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday. "You tell me 150 people have all been tested and have all been negative in the last 12 hours, then I’ll go and I’ll dance."
