WPXI Channel 11 removed from AT&T/DIRECTV channel lineup

In its report, WPXI said by law it must negotiate carriage agreements with satellite companies but claimed AT&T/DIRECTV refused to agree to a "fair agreement" with WPXI's parent company, Cox Media Group.
