America's wealthy aren't acting like they believe we've seen the market bottom: Survey

Investors with at least $1 million in a brokerage account that they manage on their own remain bearish on the economy and stock market, according to a new E-Trade Financial survey. The wealthy are not planning to make major changes to investment portfolios, but are adjusting their asset allocation with a clear message: remain defensive.
