Democrat Ben Jealous will face Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan in November, while MoCo executive race too close to call

With 99 percent of Maryland precincts reporting as of Wednesday morning, Jealous and running mate Susan Turnbull had 39.8 percent of the vote in the crowded, nine-team race. Rushern Baker and Elizabeth Embry followed in second with 29.3 percent.
