With weeks left before the $200 million Irving Music Factory opens to thousands of fans on Labor Day weekend for sold-out shows featuring comedian Dave Chappelle, the developer is adding a third shift of construction workers to wrap up the project anchored by Live Nation Entertainment Inc.
