Surf & Turf, a family-owned business operated by Michael Barlettano and his fiancé, Cindy, is now open for business in the MARKET at the FAREWAY located at 8229 Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania behind the Chestnut Hill Hotel.
Surf & Turf specializes in fresh and prepared seafood including lobster rolls, fish tacos, and dumplings. Surf & Turf also offers vegetarian options including a spicy tofu roll, veggie burgers and veggie tacos and sides including parmesan truffle fries and lobster bisque. Additionally, Surf & Turf offers their famous breakfast burger and a lobster, egg, and kale breakfast sandwich. Everything is fresh and prepared daily. Mike goes to the fish market early every morning to ensure he is getting the very best product. He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question you have about your seafood.
While Mike is running the brick and mortar location in Chestnut Hill, Cindy is operating the food truck, which travels to many locations in the Philadelphia area and is available to cater special events. The truck has been around for five years and has been ranked the 40th best food truck in America!
In the future, Surf & Turf has plans to have a lobster tank and raw bar. They are currently open Wednesday 10am-3pm, Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sunday 9am-3pm.
