Seven new individuals honored by Boys & Girls Clubs during star-studded "Alumni Hall of Fame” ceremony in Atlanta
Last night, during Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s 118th annual National Conference, the leading youth-development organization welcomed seven new leaders to its 2024 Alumni Hall of Fame class.

This year’s ceremony, held in Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s home city of Atlanta, united more than 3,200 youth development professionals, CEOs, corporate partners and supporters from across the nation to learn, grow and reflect on the work they do to serve the next generation of leaders, innovators and changemakers.
Hosted by ABC News Correspondent, Boys & Girls Club alum, and 2023 Alumni Hall of Fame inductee, John Quiñones, the 2024 Alumni Hall of Fame ceremony celebrated the outcomes possible when young people have access to safe places, caring mentors and life-enhancing programs during their formative years. Each of the seven honored individuals attribute their time at a Boys & Girls Club as a key part of their journey to becoming a successful adult.

Additional highlights of the 118th National Conference included a surprise visit from Atlanta’s eight- time Grammy award winner and Boys & Girls Club alum, Usher, followed by inspirational conversations with global bestselling author and award-winning podcast host of On Purpose, Jay Shetty, and Head Coach of the NCAA Women’s Basketball champion South Carolina Gamecocks, Dawn Staley. Attendees also enjoyed evening entertainment by Atlanta entertainer Tony Tatum and memorable youth talent performances.
