Zanett has over 25 years of experience with the venue, where he was most recently the assistant general manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational excellence that have been instrumental in CCC's success.

Zanett’s appointment was a collaborative decision between the City and County of Denver’s Arts and Venues Department and Visit Denver, the official marketing arm of the city. With a recent $233 million expansion, the CCC is elevating the meetings and events experience with a new 80,000-square-foot rooftop ballroom, pre-function space and 20,000-square-foot outdoor rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver’s skyline. CCC upgrades, including technology improvements, are expected to generate an additional $85 million in annual economic impact for the local community while setting the venue at the forefront of innovation meetings and events.
