On February 8, 2006, VistaCare, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for
the quarter ended December 31, 2005. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to

On February 8, 2006, the Company held a conference call discussing its financial results for
the quarter ended December 31, 2005. A transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit
99.2 to this report.
