     On November 2, 2006, Synergetics USA, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing revenue information relating to the lawsuit filed against the Company in October 2005 by Iridex Corporation. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
