On November 17, 2004, Craftmade International, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Kathleen B. Oher as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, but to the Company’s knowledge, without disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
