On July 8, 2011, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SAP”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Dr. Angelika Dammann, member of the SAP Executive Board responsible for Human Resources, has decided to leave SAP for personal reasons.
