Bunge Limited is the parent company of the sponsoring employer. The Plan
held 2,025 and 1,064 common shares of Bunge Limited at December 31,
2008 and 2007, respectively. During 2008 and 2007, the Plan recorded
dividend income of $3,776 and $579, respectively, and net (depreciation)
appreciation in fair value of $(83,092) and $51,065, respectively, from
Bunge Limited common shares.
