On January 25, 2005, StorageTek announced its results of operations and financial condition for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2004 in a Press Release, dated January 25, 2005, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
On January 25, 2005, StorageTek conducted its Fourth Quarter 2004 Financial Results Conference Call (the “Conference Call”) for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2004. A copy of the script of the prepared remarks of StorageTek’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick J. Martin, for the Conference Call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
