Other Events

On January 19, 2010, the Board of Directors of Ohio Valley Banc Corp., (the “Company”), declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share on its common stock payable on February 10, 2010 to shareholders of record on February 1, 2010.  A press release was issued on January 20, 2010 announcing the details of the quarterly cash dividend.  A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
