On November 16, 2004, the Board of Directors of Ohio Valley Banc Corp., (the
"Company"), declared a special extra cash dividend of $.19 per share on the
Company's outstanding common shares, payable on December 15, 2004 to
shareholders of record on December 1, 2004. The information contained in the
news release, which is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K, is incorporated
herein by this reference.
