Other Events.

On August 2, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.75 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on August 31, 2018 to the Company’s stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
