(b) On February 15, 2018, The Chemours Company (the “Company”) announced that Christian W. Siemer, who serves as the Company’s President, Chemical Solutions and Chief Transformation Officer, announced his intention to leave the Company following a brief transition period. Edwin C. Sparks, who currently serves as the Company’s Director of Corporate Strategy, has been appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors as President, Chemical Solutions effective April 1, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
