Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 11, 2019, Julia W. Powell, an NHC partner since 1974, notified the Company that she intends to retire effective May 31, 2019.  The decision of Mrs. Powell to retire did not involve any disagreement with the Company.  Mrs. Powell is 69 years old and currently serves as NHC’s Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of Patient Services.
