("Two Harbors") and Two Harbors Operating Company LLC ("Two Harbors LLC"). As of the date hereof, the reporting group collectively held 33,114,212 shares of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. common stock. Of this aggregate amount, 43,212 shares were held by the reporting person and 33,071,000 shares were held by Two Harbors LLC. The reporting person and Two Harbors LLC are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Two Harbors.
