FORM 20-F FOR 2005
Belo Horizonte, Brazil, June 8, 2007 - Tele Norte Celular Participações S.A. (BOVESPA: TNCP3 (Common)/TNCP4 (Preferred); NYSE: TCN), the holding Company of the wireless telecommunications service provider in the States of Amapá, Amazonas, Maranhão, Pará and Roraima in Brazil, informs that the Company's Form 20-F for 2005 is available for consultation at SEC website as well as the Company's IR website at www.telenorteholding.com.br.
An amendment to Section 203.01 of the Listed Company Manual, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 21, 2006, eliminated NYSEs requirement that a listed company physically distributes its Form 20-F to shareholders. However, Tele Norte will be pleased to provide its shareholders and investors with a hard copy of complete audited financial statements for 2005, free of charge, upon request to the Investor Relations area.
