Beginning on June 24, 2013, management of MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation (the Company) intends to conduct certain investor meetings. A copy of the investor presentation dated June 2013 expected to be used at such meetings has been posted on the Companys website under the investor relations tab at http://www.magnachip.com.
During such meetings, management of the Company expects to reaffirm the Companys previously reported guidance for the second fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2013, that the Company expects that revenue will be in the range of $210 million to $220 million, and gross margin will be 32.0% to 34.0% as a percent of revenue.
