On April 25, 2012, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SAP”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing SAP’s financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

This Press Release discloses certain non-IFRS measures. These measures are not prepared in accordance with IFRS and are therefore considered non-IFRS financial measures.
