On April 13, 2012, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SAP”), posted the invitation to the 25th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on its Website (the “Invitation”). The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for May 23, 2012 in Mannheim, Germany. A copy of the Invitation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
