On October 18, 2010, TL Investment GmbH issued a press release announcing that (i) it has sent a letter to the Board of Directors of Lantronix, Inc. requesting the resignations of Chairman of the Board Lewis Solomon and President and Chief Executive Officer Jerry Chase, and (ii) Bernhard Bruscha published an open letter to the stockholders of Lantronix explaining why TL Investment is in engaging in a public proxy solicitation.
