On March 5, 2007, EMC Corporation (“EMC”) issued a press release announcing various executive management appointments and the departure of David DeWalt, EMC’s Executive Vice President and President, Customer Operations and Content Management and Archive. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
