I give below details of changes in the interests of Dr M M Slaoui, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, in the American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of GlaxoSmithKline plc in the shares of his connected person following the sale of Ordinary shares at a price of $38.26 per Ordinary share ADR on 22 February 2010 by his connected person, who is also employed by the Company, to meet her tax liabilities following the vesting of a Share Value Plan award:
