On December 21, 2011, Mr. Roberto Junguito Pombo, chief executive officer of our Colombian subsidiary, Copa Airlines Colombia, provided notice that he will resign from his positions effective February 20, 2012. Mr. Pombo has accepted the position of chief executive officer of Cerrejón, a large open-pit coal-export mining operation in Colombia.
