The information on pages 4 and 6 of the Presentation defined in Item 7.01 hereof and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto contains estimates of certain operational information regarding Sanchez Energy Corporation (the Company or Sanchez Energy) as of or for the period or periods ended December 31, 2017, and the information set forth on such pages is hereby incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
