On September 21, 2005, the Board of Directors of Graphic Packaging Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Daniel J. Blount as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blount had been serving as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 1, 2005.
A press release announcing Mr. Blount’s appointment was released on September 29, 2005 and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
