San Antonio, TX – In the latest episode of the Agents Lounge podcast, Jennifer Taylor, a real estate agent with EXP Realty, shared her passion for the industry and how she got started.
Taylor, who retired from the military after 28 years of service, got into real estate after a less-than-ideal experience buying her first home in San Antonio in 2012. “It just wasn’t the best experience. As a first-time home buyer, it was new to me and just a lot of ups and downs,” she said. “And so then it was like, you know what? I think this is what I want to do. And I think that not necessarily I could do a better job than somebody else. I just think I can give a better experience.”
Taylor’s commitment to communication is a key part of her approach to real estate. “Communication is the forefront of your business practices. If you don’t have communication and you don’t provide that to your business practice and your clients, and you can’t make time to respond via text, phone call, email, then your business model is trash,”.
