Temple faculty overwhelmingly vote no confidence in board chair, provost

The Temple University faculty union's vote of no confidence in board of trustees Chair Mitchell Morgan and Provost Gregory Mandel come as the union is also readying to enter contract negotiations with the school's leadership.
