Century Cruises raises the bar of eco-friendly cruises on the Yangtze River

CHONGQING, China - April 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Century Cruises is excited to announce the launch of Century Oasis, their third eco-friendly vessel on the Yangtze River. The new vessel shows a total commitment to protecting the fragile ecosystem and supporting river cruise sustainability. The ship will feature new technologies such as electronic propulsion, rudder propeller and low-emission systems. Additionally, Century Oasis's vibration and noise reduction function is more powerful, which is one of the biggest features of the new vessel. The trial verified that the vibration and noise comfort meet the CCS highest level requirements, and the main performance meets or exceeds the design index.

The official launch date for Century Oasis is on the 8th, April 23.

Century Oasis offers comfort and indulgence in a style that elegantly blends Western expectations and Chinese authenticity. The new vessel features seven decks from the exact construction drawings made by the famous Dutch ship design company SDUIO-L, as the Century Glory and Century Victory.

There is a total of 255 deluxe cabins located on either side of the hull at the front of the cruise ship. The size of the Deluxe Balcony Cabin is over 26 square meters.

As a family-friendly cruise, there are 12 ample family suites each with spacious 34 square meters and an exclusively dedicated activity area for kids.

The fifth and sixth decks offer an Oasis and Presidential suite, with a size of 71 – 85 square meters and perfect views of the Yangtze River from the 270 degrees private balcony.

A unique double-layer global restaurant situated between the second and third decks offers a contemporary look with a live cooking station. The exquisite 3rd-floor Panorama Café is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the magnificent river.

Public areas include HD cinema, Grand Atrium lobby, gym, self-service laundry and convenience store.
