With hemp and CBD legalization set to expire next week, NC hemp industry's tensions rise

Hemp and CBD product legalization will expire on June 30th if the General Assembly does not take action. The Senate took pro-hemp language out of the Farm Act bill, leaving only the House's bill to determine if hemp will remain legal in N.C.
