Ukraine racing to downplay fears of Russia invasion as US sends military aid

Ukraine’s government is scrambling Tuesday to downplay concerns of a potential Russian invasion, despite the U.S. delivering another shipment of military aid and heightening the readiness of some 8,500 troops.
