Serge Carreira, a judge from the French Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion, commented through the online selection: “New designers express most cutting-edge views, and the competition is an excellent platform for them to promote themselves. Participating in such a global contest is very exciting for them because it is a good way to question, challenge themselves and clarify their project. Only by breaking through one’s own boundaries can one be unique and true.”
