Austin airport to build new cargo facility to keep up with demand for e-commerce

2020 was a depressing year for passenger travel at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. But the facility actually saw a sharp increase in cargo traffic, a trend that's continuing in 2021. Airport officials have decided to move forward with plans to build another cargo facility, and they'll soon be looking for a general contractor.
