Minnesota public colleges could get $426 million from feds, but still face deficits

Minnesota's public colleges are poised to received hundreds of millions in dollars from the federal Covid-19 rescue package. But even that help won't eliminate the deficits brought on by the pandemic, meaning schools still have some tough choices ahead.
