PropLogix finished off the first quarter of 2021 with a record-breaking number of orders. The company, which continues to focus on title production services for settlement professionals, broke a record for orders received in a single day in March and saw a 187% growth for all services compared to March of 2019 and a 70% increase over 2020.
"Each year I've been here, our order volume grows over the previous year, but 2021 has definitely been at another level for us," said Zafir Khan, the Director of Operations for PropLogix. "We know if we're this busy, our customers are, too, so we're just glad to help them by taking on this volume of orders.
Despite setbacks in the beginning of 2020 for the real estate market caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company still saw substantial growth. After the majority of PropLogix employees moved to remote working last March, the organization never downsized and actually added more than 100 new employees. The full-time employee total now stands at 322.

Besides going remote, the company pivoted its development team during the pandemic to adapt to the needs of its clients by launching a remote online notarization platform called ProperSign.com. The platform allows title agents and their clients to notarize documents remotely without the inconvenience of having to meet in person.
