Charlotte-based Blythe Development Co. files liens totaling $47.7 million for work on I-77 toll lanes

Blythe Development Co. and related company Blythe Brothers Asphalt Co. has filed three mechanic's liens against toll lanes operator I-77 Mobility Partners. Blythe claims in the liens, which were filed in January in Iredell County, that the companies are owed $47.7 million plus interest for their work on the toll lanes.
